몇일 된 뉴스이지만 6월20일에 애플이 Prismo Tech.라는 작은 회사를 입수했습니다. 여지껏 맥용으로 그래픽 이펙트 기구들을 개발하던 이 회사나 애플에서는 아직 정확한 답변이 없지만 거의 확정된 사실인것 같다는군요. 벌써 이 회사의 제품을 써보신 분들이 계실지 모르겠지만 INDIA Special Effects Titler란 프로그램으로 애니메이션식의 타이틀을 만들어주는 제품이 가장 많이 팔리고 있다는군요.

이 프로그램이 할수있는건 아래와 같습니다:
- apply unlimited effects to fonts and objects;
- easily composite fonts with animated objects;
- includes 600 royalty-free animated objects, mattes, and textures;
- independently animate, size, rotate, and position individual characters, without losing the integrity of the text line;
- access powerful timing controls, including duration, delay start, hold first and last frames, speed direction, sequence, randomize, and loop;
- create exciting animated web banners without any scripting

여지껏 인수한 두 회사들처럼 영화쪽이 아닌데... 음... 이 기술로 어떤 프로그램을 만들어 낼지 상당히 궁금하군요.
