만약 정품DVD 를 이미지로 변환해 백업을 하신다면 참조하세요

Macbook Pro(15")에서는 구울 수 없더군요.
17" 관련 보고는 아직 없습니다.
Mac Pro Quad에서는 가능하다더군요!!
Toast로 구워도 잘 된다는 보고가 떴습니다!!
DVD+R DL(Single Side)로 7.11GB라고 합니다.

외장하드에 Restore 시켜 설치하면 3~40분 걸린다고 하고
DVD로 설치시 Time Remaining: About 3 hour 이라고 합니다.
정품DVD라도 외장하드에 Restore시켜 설치하시면 훨씬 빠르고 안정적일 듯!

외장하드 설치순서...
A) Create two partions (GUID) on external drive.
B) One no larger that 10 gigs. Call it "Mac OS X Install DVD"
C) Open Disk Utility and do a restore.
D) Drag 10.5 .dmg file onto the "source field"
E) Drag your newly created "Mac OS X Install DVD" partition into the destination field.
F) Click restore. Takes about twenty minutes.
G) After the restore is complete, open systems preference and select the "Mac OS X Install DVD" partition as your startup device.
H) Restart and install. It's quick and runs smoothly.


업그레이드로 설치하더라도 필요한 공간이 최소 6GB라고 합니다.
HDD 정리를 하신 뒤 업그레이드 하세요!!
